amazing gym, private event disruptions, dated decor
The spa charges a ridiculous $35 fee for just two hours of access!!! The fragrance machines in the public spaces are overwhelming!!! The pool should always be available for guests, not reserved for private events!!!

The junior suite was spacious and well-furnished, making it a comfortable base for our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, fulfilling requests within minutes. Breakfast featured high-quality ingredients, with delicious options like Jamon Iberico on weekends. However, the location wasn't ideal for us as we preferred being closer to Roma Norte, and crossing the streets required extra caution. Also, the noise from the busy surrounding area occasionally disrupted our relaxation.
